The firm
One team for compliance and for the decisions that follow.
Most businesses in Qatar assemble their finance support from three or four providers. The gaps between them are where deadlines slip and lenders lose confidence.
We bring bookkeeping, payroll and WPS, tax filing, company formation, systems and advisory under a single engagement. The same team that closes your month prepares your tax computation and structures the report your bank will read.
- Written scope and fixed fee before any work begins
- A named engagement lead who answers within the working day
- Positions documented so they hold up with auditors and the GTA
- Reporting built to lender benchmarks — no padded projections
Service lines
Eight disciplines, delivered end to end.
From the first trade licence to a lender-ready project report — each line is scoped, documented and handed over.
How we work
Four steps, no open-ended engagements.
Every engagement follows the same sequence, whether it is a monthly bookkeeping mandate or a feasibility study for a lender.
Discovery
We start with the numbers you already have and the decision you are trying to make. A short diagnostic establishes the current position, the gaps and the deadlines that matter.
Scope & structure
You receive a written scope: what will be done, by whom, by when, and at what fee. No open-ended engagements and no surprises on the invoice.
Execution
Work is delivered by a named team with a single point of contact. Progress is visible, questions are answered the same working day, and documentation is built as we go.
Continuity
We hand over something that keeps working — a calendar, a model, a documented process — and stay available for the next filing, audit or funding round.
Qatar tax · Current to 2026
A narrow tax base, and a changing one.
Qatar taxes less than most jurisdictions, but the direction of travel is clear. E-invoicing legislation is drafted; VAT is anticipated. Readiness is cheaper than remediation.
Corporate income tax
10%
Levied on profit attributable to foreign ownership. Wholly Qatari and GCC-owned entities generally fall outside the income-tax net.
Withholding tax
5%
Applies to certain payments made to non-residents. Treaty relief may reduce the rate where conditions are met.
VAT status
Not yet enacted
Qatar signed the GCC VAT Framework in 2018 but has not enacted a domestic VAT law. Introduction is anticipated in 2026–27 at a 5% standard rate, with a registration threshold expected around QAR 375,000.
E-invoicing
Draft law approved
A draft e-invoicing law was approved by Cabinet in May 2026, ahead of VAT. Systems and master-data readiness is the practical first step.
Excise tax
50–100%
Applies to tobacco products and sweetened and energy drinks, depending on category.
Authority & portal
GTA / Dhareeba
The General Tax Authority administers tax in Qatar. Registration, filing and payment run through the Dhareeba portal.
The tax and regulatory information on this website is general in nature, current to 2026, and is not advice. Qatari legislation and General Tax Authority (GTA) practice are subject to change. Please obtain formal advice before acting.

A first conversation costs nothing and usually clarifies more than a proposal. Tell us what you are dealing with — a filing deadline, an audit, a funding round — and we will tell you plainly whether we can help.
